Cancellation Policy

$150 Deposit due at time of booking. 

Remainder balance due upon completion of event, including additional lift ticket charges, if applicable.

No shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the event will not be refunded.

Any changes made 24 hours before the event are fully transferable and changeable. This includes transportation requests – this charge will be collected after completion of the lesson.

Lift ticket purchases for Crystal, Mission Ridge, and Mt. Baker will be charged after the completion of the lesson, with an exact amount on the itemized receipt. You will not be charged for this cost in advance of the lesson.

This is a mountain sport, and subject to variable road conditions. In the event of a delayed arrival due to variable road conditions all opportunities will be made to accommodate the full lesson time and/or rescheduled accordingly. Please communicate your delay as soon as you are able.

If for any reason the resort is closed within 24 hours of the event, you will be offered an opportunity to rebook or request a refund.
